Introducing Interfaith Build 2026
Registration is NOW OPEN for our first-ever Interfaith Build, taking place September 16-19 at our newest development, Lee Wade Landing, in the City of Spokane Valley!
Swing a hammer, raise a wall, and lift up families–side by side with churches, congregations, and neighbors of all faiths. Together, we’ll help local families achieve strength, stability, and self-reliance through safe, affordable housing. No experience is necessary!
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to participate.
Every faith can be put into action
Faith is more than belief — it’s a call to serve. While our theological paths may differ, the desire to care for our neighbors is universal.
- In Christianity, Jesus calls us to love our neighbor and care for the poor.
- In Judaism, tikkun olam calls for acts of justice to repair the world.
- In Islam, zakat and sadaqah emphasize giving and caring for those in need.
- In Buddhism, compassion and right action guide moral living.
- In Hinduism, seva (selfless service) uplifts the divine in every person.
- In Sikhism, serving humanity is a sacred duty.
These shared principles inspire people from all faiths to build stronger communities — together.
Register for a Day or Specific Shift
All shifts are 4hr timeslots. Each shift consists of 20 total possible slots.
