As a Habitat-Spoakne homebuyer/homeowner, your family’s health and welfare are our top priorities.

Due to changing conditions as we try to manage the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Habitat-Spokane offices and Habitat Store will be closed from March 17 through at least March 30 and construction and volunteer activities and classes have been suspended.

All staff members are working from home. You may call or email, and we will respond to you promptly. Please be assured that we are working hard to ensure that our programming continues with as little disruption to you as possible. Reasonable extensions will be granted to those working on classes and sweat-equity hours.  If you have documents to submit, we ask that you email them to us by the deadline you were given.

We will continue to monitor CDC recommendations and adjust future build dates, class schedules, maintenance and sweat equity opportunities as needed to help make sure you and your family stay healthy and that you meet the requirements to purchase/maintain your home.

  • For maintenance requests, contact HomeownerServices@habitat-spokane.org
  • Sweat-equity sheets can be sent to HomeownerServices@habitat-spokane.org or Fax 509-534-3832 (through April 30, 2020) or mail to address above. During this limited time, we will accept copies.
  • Missing documents can be sent to HomeownerServices@habitat-spokane.org or Fax 509-534-3832.

Again, our top priority is your family’s health and safety, as well as that of our staff, volunteers, and sponsors who make homeownership possible. We will keep you informed of any changes as they occur by email and on our website.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
