WHY RENT WHEN YOU CAN OWN?
For almost thirty years, Habitat for Humanity-Spokane has been helping hardworking families achieve their dream of homeownership. We have built more than 270 homes, transformed communities and the lives of families.
Did you know? The average rent in Spokane is close to $600 for a single family. As rent continues to rise, Habitat-Spokane offers your family the stability of a home of your own with predictable payments to help you achieve not only the dream of homeownership, but the other dreams you have for you and your family. Homeownership improves educational outcomes and health; it offers you the opportunity to be a part of a neighborhood and a community, and it gives you a chance to build your savings and a financially secure future.
